Richard Wagener, Managing Partner at Wagener-Lee, LLC, and financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, was recently named to Barron’s* list of the “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors.” The prestigious 2019 list was published March 8 and draws from all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia.
